Payments

Prices, quotations, and any deposit requirements are based on the project details provided, including size, media, quantity, and any packaging or related requirements. Payment may be requested by card or bank transfer, and work may be held until required payment is confirmed.

Clause 04

Project Conditions

For exhibition and similar print projects, the customer may be asked to approve the final quantity and to review a test print before production continues. Any file-preflight or resolution check is limited to the agreed technical scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy.

Intellectual Property

Clause

The customer represents that it has the rights needed to submit any image, artwork, font, logo, or other content for printing. All intellectual property in the website, studio materials, and original business content remains with Print Hub or its licensors, and no rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.

Liability

Clause

Print Hub will use reasonable care in handling files and producing prints, but it does not guarantee exact screen-to-print matching, identical results across different materials or batches, or any specific archival or fade performance unless expressly confirmed in writing. To the extent permitted by law, Print Hub is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage arising from customer-provided content, material limitations, or approved production choices.

07 Clause Record

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bahrain, and any dispute should first be raised with Print Hub in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may submit it to the competent courts in Bahrain unless another mandatory process applies.
